About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Puckapunyal Health Centre. As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to patients, developing and maintaining patient care plans, and liaising with the multi-disciplinary healthcare team to provide coordinated patient management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality clinical care to patients
  • Develop and maintain patient care plans
  • Liaise with the multi-disciplinary healthcare team
  • Assess patients and coordinate outpatient and inpatient treatments

Requirements:

  • Current unconditional and unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Minimum of 12 months Post Graduate experience within the last 5 years in an acute care, primary health care, or military setting
  • Recent participation in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) activities in accordance with AHPRA
  • Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification

About Puckapunyal Health Centre

Puckapunyal Military Area is located approximately 13km west of Seymour. The health centre services up to 4000 Defence members and provides primary medical, aviation medical, nursing, physiotherapy, dental, pharmaceutical, and mental health services.
