Mobile App Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest level of quality for our native iOS and Android apps.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing manual functional, regression, and release testing for mobile apps.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute manual functional, regression, and release testing for mobile apps.
- Create and maintain Appium test suites using Java or TypeScript.
- Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and own reporting and quality gates.
- Perform API testing using Postman/RestAssured and basic data validation using SQL.
- Manage defects in Jira, environments, and test data; collaborate across squads.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in QA/QE with 2+ years in mobile app testing (iOS/Android).
- Proven experience in both manual and automation testing.
- Familiarity with Appium using Java or TypeScript; device farms (BrowserStack/Sauce Labs).
- CI/CD experience and solid Agile delivery and stakeholder communication.
