Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Coffee Specialist to join our team at our Nespresso Boutique in Highpoint. As a Coffee Specialist, you will be responsible for sharing your expertise and passion for coffee with our customers, providing exceptional service, and maximizing sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage and connect with customers through personalized service and product knowledge
  • Maximize sales by upselling and cross-selling Nespresso products
  • Collaborate with team members to create a memorable customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with new coffee launches, product ranges, and tastings
