Global Education Initiatives Project Coordinator

This is a key role within the University Office of Global Affairs, contributing to the operational success of the Global Education Initiatives (GEI) portfolio.

  • Liaise with stakeholders to deliver Transnational Education programs and global Lifelong Learning initiatives aligned with the University's Global Strategy.
  • Lead and manage administrative services, governance, project management, and stakeholder engagement for GEI initiatives.
  • Provide expert advice, facilitate communication, and support cross-functional projects while ensuring discretion, collaboration, and timely delivery of outcomes.

  • A highly experienced Project Coordinator who thrives in a dynamic environment and brings a flexible, solutions-focused approach.
  • Demonstrated high-level administrative, operational, and project support skills with the ability to ensure the smooth delivery of initiatives across multiple stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience gained through any combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead administrative and operational delivery of initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to tailor messaging across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrated range of project management experience and supporting initiatives, with the proven ability to monitor progress, manage risks and ensure successful delivery within agreed timeframes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills with ability to negotiate and collaborate with all levels of staff and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills with proven ability to independently manage competing deadlines changing priorities and complex workflows.
