We are partnering with a leading organisation to deliver a high-profile project aimed at advancing military systems within Australia's Defence industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To contribute to the technical development and operational support of advanced Defence systems and solutions.
  • Participate in the planning, execution, and monitoring of project tasks.
About the Roles

There are three distinct areas of expertise: Azure Engineers, VMware Engineers, and DevSecOps Engineers.

Azure Engineers

Job Description: We are seeking expert engineers who can design, deploy, and manage scalable Azure Cloud architecture and services.

  • Expertise in Azure Cloud architecture and services such as virtual networks, security, and identity management.
  • Proficiency in deploying, managing, and troubleshooting Azure-based applications and infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and experience in regulated or secure environments (Defence experience preferred).
  • Familiarity with automation scripting (ARM templates, PowerShell, Ansible) for Azure infrastructure.
VMware Engineers

Job Description: We require experienced engineers who can configure and manage VMware clusters and optimise virtualised environments for performance and security.

  • Extensive experience with VMware virtualisation technologies including vSphere, NSX, and Horizon.
  • Proven ability to configure and manage VMware clusters and optimise virtualised environments for performance and security.
  • Familiarity with VMware Cloud Foundation and deployment in air-gapped networks (desirable).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in virtualised environments, ideally within regulated or Defence settings.
DevSecOps Engineers

Job Description: We are looking for skilled engineers who can integrate security throughout the software development lifecycle.

  • In-depth knowledge of DevSecOps practices.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, and Ansible.
  • Strong understanding of containerisation and orchestration technologies, including Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Familiarity with security monitoring and vulnerability management tools in cloud or hybrid environments.
Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this role is AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
