Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Keyholder to join our team at Yours Clothing. As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our brand, and driving sales.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Opening and closing the store in the absence of management
  • Cashing up at the end of the day and ensuring correct procedures are followed
  • Providing back-up support to the Store/Deputy Manager and reporting on any issues
  • Optimising sales and individual customer purchases

You will also be responsible for engaging with customers, operating the till, handling financial transactions, replenishing stock, and undertaking cleaning and housekeeping duties.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A warm, friendly, and engaging personality
  • High motivation and a desire to succeed
  • A proven ability to work well within a team and use your own initiative
  • Ability to adapt to frequent change and a high-pressure environment

Previous experience in a customer service role and/or retail environment is highly desirable but not essential. We are looking for someone who is passionate about fashion and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
