**Counselling Services Opportunity**

At our organization, we are seeking an experienced and compassionate Counsellor/Psychotherapist to join our team.

**Job Overview**

This role is focused on delivering high-quality, culturally sensitive therapy services to individuals, couples and families. You will be responsible for implementing integrative strategies and case formulation to support those with behavioural, developmental or mental health concerns.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree or Masters in Counselling, Psychotherapy or Psychology, as well as current membership with PACFA or Level 3 ACA member.

**Key Requirements**

- Deliver high-quality counselling services to clients while maintaining accurate records and case notes
- Implement safe work practices and ensure a commitment to life-long learning and professional development
- Possess exceptional communication and written skills, as well as demonstrated ability to implement the aforementioned requirements effectively

**Additional Skills**

- Valid working with children check, police check and NDIS worker screening check would be advantageous
- Training and experience in transpersonal framework and family therapy frameworks may also be beneficial

**Contract Terms**

As this role is offered on a contractor basis, you will be required to provide professional and high-quality counselling services on a minimum of five to a maximum of eight sessions per day.
