As a Technical Director, you will have the opportunity to shape and grow the roads group within our wider transport team, focusing on embedding technical excellence at the core of everything we do. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the delivery of major roads projects, including design management and technical management
  • Playing a key leadership role in the growth and technical development of our transport team
  • Performing engineering duties as a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) in planning, design and documentation of road designs and in the preparation of technical design reports and drawings
  • Mentoring junior engineers in the transport team and providing guidance and support in their pursuit of professional qualifications

About You

  • Strong technical skills and a detailed understanding of standards and local Client requirements for the design of road infrastructure
  • Experience working on transport projects, with a demonstrable track record in leading and delivering the design of major roads projects in Queensland
