We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for integrating clients and defining e-commerce platform capabilities and requirements.

  • Develop and implement technical solutions to meet client needs and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate closely with our development team to implement new features and customer-specific requirements.
  • Provide ongoing education and technical assistance to partners and integrating clients.
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts until problems are resolved.
The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong understanding of HTML/CSS, relational and non-relational databases, and APIs. You should have excellent communication skills in English and Japanese, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • 2-4 years of experience in IT Operations or Technical Pre/Post Sales with direct client interaction in a web-based environment.
  • Strong understanding of HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases is preferred.
  • Proficiency in working with APIs and troubleshooting JSON payloads.
  • Familiarity with debugging tools and log analysis.
  • Good understanding of HTTP and web-based technologies.
  • Knowledge of SQL.
  • Preferred knowledge in JavaScript and PHP/.NET.
