CPB Contractors Pty Limited is seeking a highly skilled Safety Advisor to support the Riverina Redevelopment Joint Venture project. The successful candidate will report to the Safety Manager and be responsible for ensuring optimum safety outcomes across the project.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on construction projects in a safety-related position, with a high level of skill in conducting and interpreting audits and reviews. WHS qualifications and strong relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills are also essential.

The Safety Advisor will be responsible for developing, analysing, and reporting on complex project performance, as well as delivering training in high-risk activities such as working at heights, confined space, and rescue training. The ability to engage with subcontractors and communicate with people at all levels to ensure safety and compliance is also required.
