We are seeking a highly skilled Client Experience Expert to represent our esteemed luxury beauty brand across various events and client activities.

This role is pivotal in delivering an elevated client experience, showcasing expertise in make-up artistry or skincare therapy. The ideal candidate will lead the clientelling culture, focusing on client recruitment and retention while collaborating with the National Events team to execute the annual events calendar.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Demonstrating a solid knowledge of the brand, its heritage, and modernity, with the ability to share this understanding with clients through compelling storytelling techniques.
  • Leading and hosting events that achieve KPIs and intended outcomes, driving business efficiency and client value.
  • Acting as a positive influencer in POS, proactively sharing skills and expertise with retail teams to improve their performance.
  • Maintaining impeccable grooming at all times to project the brand image and enhance the overall client experience.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

The following qualifications and skills are essential:

  • Superior make-up artistry and/or skincare therapy certification and extensive experience.
  • Proven capability in leading and supporting small, medium, and large-scale events, with the ability to adapt to multiple locations and changing circumstances.
  • A demonstrated track record of success in retail sales, with a strong ability to recruit clients and drive brand loyalty.
  • Solid understanding of client journey experience and key client segments, profiles, characteristics, and behaviors.
  • Capability to improve business efficiency by leveraging opportunities that drive client value.
  • Passion for helping others to grow, share knowledge, and expertise.
  • Empathy and excellent communication skills to communicate effectively and maintain good relationships with stakeholders.
  • Flexible and positive mindset to embrace changes and adapt to new situations.
