Store Administration Assistant

As our ideal candidate, you will have excellent customer service skills and be able to multitask with ease. You will be responsible for coordinating repairs, returns, and credits with suppliers, as well as managing stock levels and ensuring accurate inventory reports.
Additional responsibilities include delivering warm and friendly customer service, rolling out price changes, compliance tasks, and safety audits, as well as investigating stock discrepancies and reporting issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Physical capability to lift up to 15kg and move around the store
