About the Refrigeration Role
Our team is responsible for developing and implementing retail store formats that are purpose-built for customers and teams.
We focus on innovation, sustainable energy management, technology, and collaboration with suppliers and operations teams to create a healthier planet.
In this role, you will ensure high-quality equipment installations in stores to provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include installing refrigeration equipment from planning stages through to commissioning.
You will also play a mentoring role to junior technicians and apprentices, reviewing tasks, completing paperwork, and conducting stocktakes and ordering materials.
This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with technical experts and develop relationships with facilities management and technical teams.
The ideal candidate will have trade qualifications in HVAC & Refrigeration, solid post-apprenticeship experience, including commercial refrigeration service and installation industry experience, with commercial supermarket background.
