Clinical Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Manager to join our team in delivering high-quality clinical care to residents.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for providing exceptional care, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

  • Responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with quality standards, providing coaching and support to clinical teams, and working closely with residential managers.

To be successful in this role you'll need
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Strong understanding of aged care legislation, policies, and procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
