The successful candidate will work closely with clients to identify their career goals and aspirations, providing tailored support to help them achieve success. Our team works collaboratively to ensure that our clients receive exceptional service at every stage of the process.

As a Job Coach, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing guidance and motivation to clients to help them find employment;
  • BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH LOCAL EMPLOYERS TO SOURCE JOB OPPORTUNITIES;
  • REVERSE MARKETING CLIENTS TO EMPLOYERS;
  • PLACING PARTICIPANTS INTO SUSTAINABLE EMPLOYMENT LEADING TO OUTCOMES;
  • ENSURING ALL ACTIVITY IS PROPERLY DOCUMENTED AND COMPLIANT WITH CONTRACTUAL REQUIREMENTS.
