Job Description:

We are seeking a Female Support Worker to join our team in North Lakes, providing 24/7 support in supported independent living arrangements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting individuals with personal care and day-to-day activities in the home and out in the community. This includes providing positive behaviour support, completing documentation, contributing to the team's objectives, and maintaining professional relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting individuals with personal care and day-to-day activities

Requirements:

  • Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or Higher
  • Mental Health Experience
  • Problem-Solving Skills
  • Verbal/Written Communication and Relationship Building Skills

Other Requirements:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • Blue Card
  • First Aid & CPR
  • Valid drivers license
  • Completed NDIS Worker Orientation Module
  • Australian qualification relevant to the community services industry
  • No pre-existing injuries or illnesses that may be aggravated by the role
