We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Lifestyle Coordinator at Estia Health. As a key member of our support team, you'll play a vital role in creating a home environment that residents love.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building genuine relationships with residents and their families
- Developing and implementing programs that cater to social, emotional, and spiritual needs
- Coordinating group activities and events within and outside the home
- Setting lifestyle goals for residents and creating programs to help them achieve these
- Collaborating with the wider support team to ensure residents' needs are met
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A passion for building relationships and creating a positive atmosphere
- A Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure (or equivalent)
