Assistant Boutique Manager Job Description

We are seeking a retail expert to join our team in St Georges Terrace, Perth. This is a permanent position with 38 hours per week across all opening hours.

The role involves providing exceptional service to customers, working alongside the management team and leading sales staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding customers through their purchasing experience, providing after-sales service, and upselling and cross-selling products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide customers through their purchasing experience from entry to departure
  • Provide after-sales service including arranging repairs and engraving
  • Upsell and cross-sell through the product range
  • Enter customer details accurately into the customer database
  • Report transactions, complete daily banking, secure discrepancies, and report to management
  • Assist with stock control, including stock takes, ordering, receiving deliveries, and arranging returns
  • Maintain store presentation by arranging displays, cleaning, resupplying, clearing rubbish, and undertaking other tasks as needed

About You

We are looking for a retail professional with experience in the luxury goods market. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a passion for delivering excellence in customer service.

Ambassadors of the brand should possess a track record of converting sales, professional presentation, and a second language is desirable but not essential.
