Job DescriptionThis is a unique opportunity to join our multidisciplinary team as a Rehabilitation Consultant. In this role, you will work collaboratively with stakeholders to assess and provide rehabilitation services to clients. Your expertise will be essential in helping individuals return to work and achieve their goals.
Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and provide rehabilitation services to clients, including functional capacity evaluations and worksite assessments.
- Collaborate with medical specialists, treatment providers, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive rehabilitation plans.
- Work across various portfolios, including ADF and DVA, to support Veterans and current ADF members.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
You will work across local ADF bases, with opportunities for flexible work arrangements. This hybrid role requires you to be adaptable and able to navigate different environments.
What We're Looking For- Clinical experience in occupational therapy, physiotherapy, exercise physiology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Passion for rehabilitation and a commitment to delivering exceptional client outcomes.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and mutual respect.
