Job Title: Senior Associate

About the Role:

This is a senior member role within our Workplace Relations, Employment & Safety (WRES) team. We are seeking a permanent, full-time Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join our Sydney office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience with demonstrated capability in a senior associate/special counsel role.
  • Strong expertise in employment law and industrial relations matters gained within a reputable commercial law firm.
  • A high degree of initiative, dedication, and commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with a desire to participate in business development initiatives.
