This seasonal sales assistant role is perfect for individuals who love the buzz of retail during the festive season. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service experiences and helping customers find the ideal jewellery or watch based on their wants and desires.
We are seeking energetic and results-driven individuals who have a keen interest in working in a fast-paced retail environment. If you have a passion for people, a flair for fashion, and enjoy selling, we want to hear from you.
The successful candidate will provide genuine and meaningful customer service experiences for our customers, work productively in a dynamic retail environment, and demonstrate good attention to detail. They will also be able to help with replenishing and merchandising stock, ensuring displays are refreshed.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide professional and personalised service for customers to find the ideal jewellery or watch.
- Complete tailored in-house training and eLearning modules to gain product knowledge and sales skills.
- Operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, merchandising and general housekeeping.
- Able to work across our store roster, including weekends, extended trading hours and public holidays.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- A competitive hourly rate (including casual loading) for weekday shifts.
