This role offers the opportunity to work independently, managing your caseload and prioritizing tasks to ensure efficient daily workload planning. This includes travel, documentation reporting, and administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for supporting clients to live life to the fullest, especially older adults. You will need to have current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and minimum 2 years' RN experience, ideally in aged care. You will also require skills in continence assessments, catheter care, and wound management.
A Day in the Life:
- Provide 1:1 evidence-based in-home nursing care, including wound care, catheter care and insertion, and medication administering.
- Support Home Care Package and Short-Term Restorative Care clients to maintain independence and wellbeing.
- Work remotely throughout your community.
