Energy Efficiency Specialist

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Thermal Performance Analyst. This role involves ensuring technical compliance protocols are maximised for energy efficiency on every project.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Data processing - Inserting clients' project information into software with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Conducting thermal comfort analysis to improve the energy efficiency rating of a residential build
- Assessing the building's performance using NatHers software
- Preparing energy reports for clients, adhering to compliance guidelines specified by our project procedures and policies
- Continual improvement of technical compliance measures
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work to deadlines and have a sense of urgency
- Competent and advanced computer knowledge
- Proficient and focused work ethic
- A teachable attitude
Desirable Qualifications:
- Professional accreditation or certification: NatHERS, Green Star, Reference Building pathways, Section J, or Passive House
- Masters of Energy Efficient and Sustainable Building or Bachelor in Environmental Design or an applied science in a relevant field
- Superior sustainability literacy and advanced proficiency in environmental modelling, energy assessment, and thermal comfort
