This is an exciting opportunity to support our Regional Lawyers, negotiate and draft leases, and provide legal assistance.
About the RoleAs a Leasing Paralegal/Lawyer, you will be responsible for supporting our Regional Lawyers in negotiating and drafting leases. You will also seek traditional owner and land owner consent as required, assist the Leasing Coordinator, and provide legal assistance to the legal team.
Key Responsibilities- Negotiate and draft leases
- Seek traditional owner and land owner consent
- Assist the Leasing Coordinator
- Provide legal assistance to the legal team
- Ochre card (working with vulnerable people check)
- National police clearance
