Early Childhood Education Assistant

The Early Childhood Education Assistant will work closely with the centre's management team to provide administrative support and maintain a welcoming environment for children, parents, and staff.

  • This role involves providing general reception duties including answering phones, directing queries, printing, collating and distributing weekly materials.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for managing office supplies, filing and scanning documents, and keeping the office space clean and tidy.
Supporting Ratio

You will also play a crucial role in supporting the educational programs by covering lunch breaks and providing ad-hoc time on the floor as required.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Certificate III/Diploma/Teaching Degree in Early Childhood Education & Care or equivalent desirable.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills are essential for this role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, both over the phone and face-to-face, are necessary for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
