Key responsibilities include:

  • Meeting sales targets by effectively merchandising products and engaging with customers to build rapport and drive sales
  • Executing customer service standards to ensure seamless interactions with customers and promote brand loyalty
  • Maintaining visual merchandising and in-store communication standards to create an immersive shopping experience
  • Processing merchandise deliveries and replenishing stock fixtures to maintain a visually appealing store environment
