Austcorp Executive Recruitment PTY Ltd is seeking a highly skilled AV Installation Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of audio-visual equipment in commercial and government settings.

  • The role involves working on various projects, including the installation of displays, video walls, equipment racks, projectors, audio hardware, and network and control systems.
  • Applicants should have a strong background in electronics, A/V, or electrical engineering and hold an Open Cabling Licence.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience working as an AV/Comms technician, with heavy installation experience on commercial and/or government sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation of AV equipment, including displays, video walls, and equipment racks.
  • Testing and replacing data comms and cabling.
  • Installation of Crestron, Extron, AMX, and QSC control systems.
  • Installation of VC systems (Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Cisco & Poly).

Requirements:

  • Qualified in Electronics, A/V, or Electrical.
  • Open Cabling Licence.
  • 5+ years' experience working as an AV/Comms Technician with heavy installation experience on commercial and/or government sites.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • National Police Check and Defence Clearance (Baseline/NV1) Required.
  • Pre-employment medical required.
