We are looking for a passionate individual to join our team as an Experience Designer. As an Experience Designer, you will work in a beautifully designed retail showroom representing world-leading brands and premium products.

Your main responsibilities will include:

As an Experience Designer, you will be responsible for:

  • Offering thoughtful, consultative service in a beautifully curated showroom environment
  • Deepening your expertise through hands-on product training and brand immersion
  • Helping shape memorable in-store experiences through events, live demos, and VIP engagements

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends
  • Previous experience in premium retail, customer service or consultative sales
  • Passion for design, innovation and home living
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence in learning and advising on technical product features
  • A professional, warm, and service-first approach
