We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Assistant to support our clients on a temporary basis. Responsibilities:
  • Provide chairside assistance to dental professionals in a range of dental procedures.
  • Prepare treatment rooms, ensuring they are clean, organized, and properly stocked with necessary supplies and instruments.
  • Assist with taking patient records, including medical history and treatment plans.
  • Offer compassionate care to patients, making them feel comfortable and at ease during dental procedures.
  • Follow infection control protocols and maintain strict adherence to safety standards.
  • Collaborate with dental teams to optimize workflow efficiency and provide exceptional patient experiences.
  • Adapt quickly to new environments and dental software systems.
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive attitude while representing the company.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant in a dental practice.
  • Certificate III in Dental Assisting (or equivalent) is required.
  • Proficient knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and terminology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and dental teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in various dental settings.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while maintaining professionalism in different environments.
