We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide high-quality care services to clients in their homes.

Our focus is on enabling the ageing and disabled community to live fulfilling lives at home, doing what they love for as long as possible.

We provide flexible and personalized care options to meet client needs, with visits scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening or overnight.

Our caregivers work collaboratively with a supportive team to ensure clients receive the best possible care.

  • Provide genuine, compassionate and personalized care experiences
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, transport and companionship
  • Follow care plans developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse)
  • Ensure safety and proper use of equipment
  • Accurately complete records and documentation

Requirements

  1. Minimum Cert III in Aged Care, Community, Individual Support or Disability
  2. NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
  3. NDIS Worker Screener Clearance
  4. Reliable vehicle and Australian Driver's License
  5. Current First Aid & CPR certification
