Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nightfill Manager to join our team. As an essential part of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the night-fill department and ensuring deadlines are met, shelves are fully stocked, and store presentation is maintained during evening and night trade.

This role involves providing an outstanding shopping experience for customers by focusing on timely and accurate restocking of shelves to meet sales targets. Additionally, you will lead and coach your team to achieve business objectives and develop their skills. You will also maintain high standards of visual merchandising, food safety, compliance, and stock management.

You will be flexible with evening working hours and possess previous experience working in a fast-paced environment. Direct leadership experience is also required to lead, coach, and develop your team.
