We are seeking an experienced Beverage Equipment Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading quality calibration initiatives and providing technical support to customers across New South Wales.
About the Role
This is a part-time position with 24 hours of work per week, spread over any three days. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in electrical maintenance, and knowledge of beverage dispensing equipment.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead quality calibration initiatives across McDonald's sites in NSW.
- Provide technical support to McDonald's restaurants on a daily basis.
- Implement projects, provide feedback on quality issues, and maintain accurate data.
- Develop expertise in cold drink equipment and deliver high-quality customer service.
The Ideal Candidate
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Electrical certification (Cert II minimum).
- Beverage dispenser knowledge (desirable).
