We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Educator to join our team at Burke Ward School. As a Casual OSHC Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to primary school-age children.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement engaging activities for children, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a safe and inclusive environment, fostering a sense of community among children and families.
- Develop and maintain relationships with parents and caregivers, ensuring open communication and a shared understanding of children's needs.
- Contribute to the development of programs and services that meet the diverse needs of children and families, aligning with the Y NSW's commitment to social impact and healthy living.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about working with children, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work collaboratively as part of a team. You will have a strong commitment to safeguarding and ensuring the well-being of children, as well as a willingness to learn and develop your skills and knowledge.
