AXR is at the forefront of showstopping events and productions across Australia. As Strategic Operations Leader - Shared Services, you will inherit a high-performing team seeking their next leader while collaborating with experienced mentors to drive commercial output.

About the Role

You will work closely with the Head of Finance to align on achievable system and process improvements before leading your team to deliver consistent shared service functions.

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable for multiple business entities.
  • Lead a team of 7 finance operations staff.
  • Promptly address queries, including those from external clients.
  • Provide operational support to internal stakeholders.
  • Identify ways to streamline processes and maximise efficiency.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as required.
Skills & Experience
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead by example.
  • Proven leader of shared service or transactional accounting functions.
  • Excellent communication, business partnering, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritise key deliverables in a complex environment.
  • High degree of accountability.
  • Minimum 5 years' leadership experience.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
