About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Fresh Convenience Team Member to join our team at Woolworths Supermarkets. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability.
  • Restock shelves, maintain store displays, and ensure a clean and organized store environment.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and mobile payments.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.

Working Hours:

Thursday Late Evening (6pm - Midnight), Friday Late Evening (6pm - Midnight) and Saturday Late Evening (6pm - Midnight).
