Volunteer RoleAs a volunteer with Signature Care Operations, you will play a vital role in providing companionship and support to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with our residents, listen to their stories, and provide emotional support and comfort. You may also have the opportunity to participate in various activities, such as arts and crafts, gardening, and outings.
What We OfferWe offer a supportive and inclusive environment, where you can make a real difference in the lives of our residents. As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to develop new skills, build relationships, and gain valuable experience in the aged care sector. We also provide ongoing training and support to ensure you feel confident and equipped to perform your role.
RequirementsTo be eligible to volunteer with Signature Care Operations, you must be willing to undergo a police check and provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination. You will also be required to complete an orientation process, which will cover our policies, procedures, and expectations. Once you have completed the orientation, you will be introduced to our lifestyle team for further induction and training.
