Geotechnical Leadership Role

This position requires a strategic thinker to drive innovation in ground engineering and lead complex projects with high technical standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong vision for geotechnics and tunnelling, coupled with the ability to champion key initiatives and deliver results-oriented solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the company's geotechnical strategy, focusing on innovative design and construction techniques.
  • Lead technical aspects of ground engineering, ensuring project delivery meets safety, sustainability, and operational excellence standards.
  • Deliver high-level technical oversight across projects, driving cost-effective and technically sound solutions.
  • Set rigorous quality standards, driving best practices and compliance with codes and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering, with a Master's or PhD strongly preferred.
  • Chartered Engineer status or equivalent, such as CPEng or PE.
  • 20+ years of experience in geotechnical and tunnelling, including 8+ years in senior technical and leadership roles.
