About the Role

As a valued member of Grace Removals team, we are seeking ambitious individuals to join our dynamic crew at this entry-level position. This exciting opportunity will involve supporting experienced professionals and learning specialized skills in the removals industry.

The role is diverse, with no two days being the same. Our comprehensive Skills Path training program will take you on a journey to develop new skills and career advancement opportunities.

The key responsibilities include:

• Packing and unpacking customer belongings with care and attention to detail
• Loading and unloading vehicles efficiently
• Completing paperwork accurately, sometimes using a tablet
• Communicating effectively with customers throughout the uplift and delivery process
• Maintaining clean and organized vehicles, equipment, and warehouse

Salary

We offer an estimated $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, based on location and experience. In addition to your base salary, you will receive benefits such as overtime pay, superannuation, and company-funded training.
