ICU Registrar Night Shifts

Our hospital seeks a highly skilled ICU Registrar to work night shifts in the Intensive Care Medicine department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care during their shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transfers in an efficient and timely manner
- Conduct daily rounds to assess patient condition and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and staff satisfaction
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Completion of an intensive care medicine fellowship or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
