We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workshop Operations Manager to join our team at Macro Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our workshop, including repairs, servicing, and bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Daily Operations: Oversee the daily activities of the workshop, including scheduling, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely completion of repairs and servicing.
- Lead and Supervise Team Members: Lead and supervise a skilled team of mechanics and technicians, providing guidance, support, and technical assistance as needed.
- Coordinate with Parts Department: Collaborate with the parts department to ensure timely supply of necessary parts and materials.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by communicating clearly and following up with customers to ensure their needs are met.
Requirements
- Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a workshop setting, with a strong track record of managing teams and achieving results.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of vehicle repair processes and procedures.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, team members, and other stakeholders.
