Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload and provide therapeutic services to participants
  • Assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical levels of function and capacity
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to promote independence and participation
  • Provide support and advice on adaptations to the environment to enhance participants' functional abilities
  • Maintain awareness of current legislation and ensure compliance
Requirements
  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proactive attitude and motivation to improve and learn from new ideas
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Genuine passion for working in the disability sector
