We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Healthscope. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Evidence-Based Care: Provide patient-centered care that is grounded in the latest research and best practices.
- Liaise with the Multidisciplinary Team: Collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Ensure Patient and Staff Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
- Supervise and Guide Nursing Team Members: Mentor and support our Enrolled Nurses and Assistants in Nursing to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Deliver Education and Support: Provide patients and their families with education and support to manage their health, recovery, or end-of-life needs.
- Current Registration with AHPRA: Hold a current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
- Post-Graduate Certificate in Mental Health: Possess a post-graduate certificate in mental health or be working towards one.
- Working with Children Check and Police Check: Hold a valid Working with Children Check and Police Check, completed within the past 12 months.
- Commitment to Quality Patient Care: Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and adhering to our organization's values.
- Sound Clinical Decision Making and Problem-Solving Skills: Possess excellent clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills: Demonstrate exceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
