About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing product knowledge, and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience
- Process sales transactions, handle customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and pricing
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized store environment, adhering to visual merchandising standards
Requirements
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role
