The Security and Facilities team at Northrop Grumman plays a pivotal role in our success, ensuring adherence to safety and compliance with security protocols. Your Role
In the capacity of the Facilities and Security Administrator, you will act as the primary liaison for our security and facilities teams, exemplifying the professionalism and commitment of our organization. Your role is crucial in sustaining a secure and efficient workplace by delivering essential support to the Security and Facilities teams.
You will be tasked with ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, and enterprise security and facility standards, in line with both Australian Government and Northrop Grumman policies. Your responsibilities will encompass streamlining documentation processes, assisting security personnel with logistical and administrative tasks, and facilitating effective communication among customers, program teams, and Base Security personnel. Your contributions will be vital in safeguarding the integrity and safety of our operations.
About You
The ideal candidate possesses experience in Australian government security and has the capability to interpret critical Commonwealth documents, which is essential for ensuring our operations meet the highest standards. The ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security and Vetting Agency clearance is imperative for this position, as your role will be central to upholding the security and integrity of our organization.
Beyond these technical qualifications, you excel in being a facilitator within a collaborative team. You recognize that your role extends beyond compliance; it involves actively supporting the organization in delivering its programs effectively and efficiently.
