About the Opportunity:
Mastermyne Coal Operations has reached a significant milestone with the successful hitting of coal in February 2022. To achieve further success, we are building our Cook Colliery project team and require a Senior Coal Operations Coordinator to provide leadership and direction.

About the Role:
The Senior Coal Operations Coordinator will be responsible for providing strategic direction to Mastermyne employees and subcontractors. Key responsibilities include:
- Planning, managing, and delivering projects within agreed timeframes and budgets;
- Completing reports, analyzing results, and delivering insights in timely manner;
- Conducting hazard and risk assessments, communicating findings to relevant personnel;
- Promoting and participating in mine safety initiatives among the workforce;
- Ensuring activities align with planned schedules;
- Identifying process improvements and implementing changes;
- Cheering on team members through coaching and mentoring;
- Providing leadership to crew members, setting positive examples, and assisting in team development;
- Holding mining supervisory certificates or qualifications necessary for the role.
Salary Information:
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, based on experience, to ensure you're fairly compensated for your skills and dedication.
