Clearsulting is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Solution Architect, Treasury. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving full scope system implementation activities, including gathering functional and technical requirements, designing solutions, building interfaces and systems, completing testing cycles, delivering training, and deploying the final product.

The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in professional services, with a focus on delivery roles. Additionally, they should have 2+ years of Kyriba or TMS implementation experience, as well as strong project management skills, including workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, engagement economics, and communications.

This opportunity offers a unique chance to shape the future of a fast-growing company in a new market. You will participate in full sales cycles, including scoping, pricing, preparing presentations, and delivering them. The ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks while setting stakeholder expectations and meeting deadlines is crucial.

We are looking for a collaborative individual who can build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, address escalations autonomously, and identify additional opportunities within Treasury and/or Clearsulting.

The successful candidate will bring excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex business concepts to project stakeholders. Effective organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities are also essential.

In this role, you will drive strategy to improve delivery and sales outcomes, provide TMS subject-matter expertise to client engagements, involving assessment, treasury process transformation, vendor selections, and TMS implementations. Demonstrable experience driving exceptional customer satisfaction is highly valued.
