Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Planning Project Manager to oversee the implementation of our new Optometry Rostering tool, ensuring seamless integration with analytics teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for streamlining processes, improving forecasting, and optimizing schedules to support revenue growth while balancing labor costs.

Responsibilities
  • Implement the new Optometry Rostering tool, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth transition.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to meet deadlines and expectations.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimize scheduling strategies.
  • Analyze labor forecasts and schedule hours to align with sales projections, store budgets, and customer service goals.
  • Manage competing priorities, working effectively under pressure to deliver results.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Project Management, with a focus on system integrations and process optimization.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with Employee Payroll Systems, such as Kronos/UKG, is highly desirable.
  • Prioritization and time management skills, with ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with capacity to represent the team and drive results.
  • Analytical mindset, with enthusiasm for numbers and data-driven decision making.
