Salary: AU$76,000 - AU$96,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart ANU. As a key member of our educational leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational vision and direction of our centre.

The successful applicant will have a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) and strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. You will also hold a current NSW Working with Children Check.

  • Provide educational leadership and guidance to our teaching team
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of our children
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve excellent outcomes for our children
