Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our team in the Surgical Ward at Moruya. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a dynamic healthcare environment.

The Enrolled Nurse will be responsible for providing person-centered care, collaborating with individuals and the multidisciplinary health care team to achieve high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Surgical Ward
  • Collaborate with the Registered Nurse to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
  • Conduct regular assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of patients
  • Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve shared goals and objectives
Selection Criteria
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct nursing practice in a manner that respects the rights of individuals and groups in a multi-disciplinary team
  • Effective clinical communication skills, including verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of and ability to work within a person-centered approach to nursing
