Job Title: Data Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our team at The Drive Group. As a Data Engineer, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining our data infrastructure, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement data pipelines using SQL to extract, transform, and load data into our BigQuery warehouse.
  • Develop and maintain effective reporting solutions in Looker to provide insights into our business operations.
  • Manage transactional data tables to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Ensure the BigQuery warehouse is properly maintained, with data cleansed and stored correctly.
  • Establish and maintain data best practices to ensure data quality and governance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Strong SQL programming skills.
  • Strong exposure to GCP cloud services, including BigQuery.
  • Exposure to ETL, data pipelines, and data modeling.
  • Understanding of financial and time series modeling.
  • Strong understanding of transactional data is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills.
